Complaints Procedure
You can make a complaint relating to the responsibilities of the Department of Education, (DE) Northern Ireland in writing, by email, by telephone or by fax.
Please ensure that you:
- Provide your name and address for correspondence.
- State clearly the details of your complaint.
- Include a daytime telephone number, should we need to contact you.
- If you know the branch or the name or title of an appropriate member of staff.
