Consultation on the provision of performance and other information about pupils and schools

The Department of Education launched an eighteen week consultation inviting comments on proposed new legislation covering:

  • the information published in school prospectuses;
  • target setting by schools; and
  • the content of annual reports to parents and other aspects of pupil records.

The consultation commenced on 17 May 2012 and ended on 21 September 2012.
