Inclusion and Diversity Service
In April 2007, the Education and Library Boards created the regional Inclusion and Diversity Service to strengthen and improve support to newcomer children and young people and their parents, primarily working through schools. It is adopting a regional approach by looking at the north of Ireland as a whole and determining which schools need support and directing its efforts at these schools.
