At close of Measure:

• 53 nursery schools/units have been built across the 5 Education and Library Board (ELB) areas
• 1742 full time pre-school places have been created
• 2942 children have been enrolled on a full or part time (morning or afternoon attendance) basis
• 65 teachers have been employed
• 86 classroom assistants have been employed

• 4 nursery schools/units
• 8 teachers employed
• 9 classroom assistants employed

Western Education and Library Board (WELB) -

• 14 nursery schools/units
• 17 teachers employed
• 22 classroom assistants employed

North-Eastern Education and Library Board (NEELB) -

• 10 nursery schools/units
• 10 teachers employed
• 13 classroom assistants employed

South-Eastern Education and Library Board (SEELB) -

• 12 nursery schools/units
• 13 teachers employed
• 18 classroom assistants employed

Southern Education and Library Board (SELB) -

• 13 nursery schools/units
• 17 teachers employed
• 24 classroom assistants employed
