1999/22	Teachers' Pay Structure from 1 September 1999 PDF 95 KB This circular provides guidance on the changes to the teachers' pay structure from September 1999. It provides for new arrangements for Principals' pay and explains the assimilation process for existing principals, the determination of Individual School Ranges (ISRs) and the removal of points 0 and 0.5 from the teachers' pay scale. It also sets out the procedures for calculating the ISR for the principal group (see also Circular 2003/05).
