Responsibility within Department of Education for Freedom of Information The Head of Corporate Services is the departments Senior Official responsible for the Scheme. The Departmental Information Manager is responsible for maintaining the Publication Scheme on a day-to-day basis. Both may be contacted at Rathgael House, Bangor.

Equality StatementThis Publication Scheme has been reviewed in the light of the departments statutory obligations under Section 75 of The Northern Ireland Act 1998. A screening process, based on criteria established by the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, has been applied and has determined that the scheme has no significant impact on the equality of opportunity within the terms of the Act. We are not, therefore, required to carry out an equality impact assessment on the Publication Scheme.
