Every School A Good School - A Policy for School Improvement
The Department undertook a review of the previous school improvement policy and issued the findings of this review and proposals for the way forward for public consultation in January 2008.
The consultation received considerable interest and responses were submitted by over 200 organisations and individuals. We are very grateful to all those who took the time to express their views during this process.
The finalised policy document, having been informed by the consultation responses, was launched by the Education Minister, Caitriona Ruane on 30th April 2009.
