Circular 2007/11 Literacy/Numeracy - Lessons from Northern Ireland Audit Office (NIAO) and Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Reports.  

This circular sets out the findings of the Public Accounts Committee report into literacy and numeracy in Northern Ireland.  It stresses the central importance of literacy and numeracy across the curriculum and emphasises the need for all schools to reflect this within their school policies and priorities, especially within the context of school development planning and target setting.
