  • Mount Gilbert Community College - to close with effect from 31 August 2007.
  • Gaelscoil an Damba to close with effect from 31 August 2008
  • St Gabriel's College to close with effect from 31 August 2008
  • Victoria Park Primary School forming from the amalgamation of
    Strand Primary School
    Sydenham Primary School
    Victoria Park Primary School will open with effect from 1 September 2008
  • Balmoral High School will close with effect from 31 August 2008
  • Cliftonville Primary School will change status to become Cliftonville Integrated Primary School
    this change will take effect from 1 September 2008
