Guidance on the operation of the new child restraint regulations in relation to school activities
From 27th February 2007 the Department of the Environment (DoE) has implemented new seatbelt regulations in Northern Ireland.
To ensure that all Education Bodies which may be responsible for transporting children are aware of their statutory obligations under the new Regulations, DE has produced guidelines in the form of a Circular (2007/07).
