Department of Education Publication Scheme

Freedom of Information Act

Under section 19 of the  2000, the Department of Education (DE) has a duty to produce a Publication Scheme.  From January 2009 the Information Commissioner requires Public Authorities to adopt a new model Publication Scheme to be used as a comprehensive guide to the classes (types/kinds) of information we routinely publish or plan to publish and how the information can be obtained in alternative formats or read on the following pages on this website.

If you require a paper copy or alternative language version you can request these from the Departmental Information Manager.
