Minor Works

Minor works are schemes involving costs of less than £300,000 (including VAT) for the betterment of the estate. Schemes for Controlled Schools and School Meals Accommodation in Maintained Schools are administered by the Education and Library Boards. Schemes for Maintained (except school meals accommodation), Voluntary Grammar, Grant Maintained Integrated and Irish Medium Schools are processed and administered by the Department of Education.
