Seatbelt regulations for children
The Department of the Environment (DoE) introduced new seatbelt regulations in Northern Ireland which came into force on 27 February 2007.
To ensure that all Education Bodies which may be responsible for transporting children are aware of their statutory obligations under the new Regulations, DE has produced guidelines in the form of a Circular (2007/07).
