Appointment of member to the North Eastern Education and Library Board

The Department of Education has announced the appointment of one new member to the Board of the North Eastern Education and Library Board.

Transferor Member

Mr Andrew Kennedy is a retired Civil Servant. He brings to the role a wide experience in corporate governance and responsibilities and experience of working as part of a board and a management team. As a member of the Board of Governors of two schools he also has a knowledge and understanding of the education system in NI. He does not hold any other public appointments and has not undertaken any political activity.
