Investment Delivery Plan for Schools and Youth Services

As part of agreeing the Investment Strategy (ISNI) 2008-18, Ministers undertook to publish Investment Delivery Plans covering their programmes. The framework to support the planning and delivery of the infrastructure programme over the period is consistent with the Programme for Government and investment will be taken forward under six investment 'pillars', of which the 'skills' pillar relates to education, employment and learning, and libraries. The Department of Education's investment is contained within the Schools and Youth Services Investment Delivery Plan.
